As the newly appointed ministers were swearing in, the spotlight turned to Minister of State for Energy and Mineral Development, Hon. Phionah Nyamutoro, as she was accompanied by singer Eddy Kenzo amidst their dating rumors, some claim she's the mother of the son he recently talked about.

Hon. Phionah Nyamutoro, a legislator representing the National Female Youth Member of Parliament on the NRM card, assumed her new role as State Minister of Minerals in the Ministry of Energy and Minerals Development following her appointment by President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni on March 22nd, 2024.

The pairing of politics and entertainment took a curious turn as speculation swirled around the relationship between Minister Nyamutoro and the popular singer, also known as Edirisa Musuuza.
