In a recent interview with Blizz Uganda, Spice Diana expressed her firm belief that the essence of a date lies in fostering a genuine connection rather than engaging in a financial transaction.
Spice Diana contends that the primary goal of a date should be for two individuals to connect and get to know each other on a personal level.
While acknowledging the diversity of opinions on the topic, Spice Diana emphasized that she stands by the notion that women should not expect or receive money after a date. According to her, such financial gestures can overshadow the authentic purpose of the encounter.
However, the singer is quick to add a nuanced perspective. Spice Diana acknowledges that there might be instances where both parties mutually agree to treat the date as a business venture. In such cases, she believes that individuals should honor their agreements and fulfill any predetermined financial commitments.
Spice Diana shared that she occasionally takes matters into her own hands by personally settling the bills or, on occasion, politely refusing to accept money offered to her after a dinner date.
