Media personality Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats has opened up about infecting different city slay queens with HIV/Aids including his baby mama Fille Mutoni, he claims she knew before opening her legs for him.

Through a post put on his Twitter account, Katamba opened up about the situation saying that he is not bad hearted as most people were putting it out.

Infact, he claims that before sleeping with the mother of his daughter Abby, he told Fille that he was sick so she entered everything knowingly.
