Namyekozo Hajat Kulthum Nabunya almost fainted live on camera as she got extra emotional and cried her eyes out after Husband Akram Gumisiriza susprised her with flowers and a Golden watch reportedly worth Millions of shillings.
Kulthum was celebrating her birthday when her inlaws surprised her with gifts from her Husband who is currently risiding in South Africa.
A few weeks ago, Hajat Kulthum appeared in a video clip and pleaded with her husband to buy her a Cake, Flowers, Ijab for Eid prayers, a gold watch and a brand-new phone.
Akram who is currently not in the country, sent his representatives, who delivered birthday presents to his dear wife.
Akram complied with Kulthum’s request by sending her a bouquet, a gold watch, and cash, all of which were delivered to her office.
