Dyce Official a.k.a Lubega Nicholas Jethro Mukisa is a Ugandan music artist from Entebbe. Born on 25, August, 2002. Went to Buloba Primary School, Buloba High School and Grace High School. After finishing up secondary, he joined Buganda Royal Institution for Motor motive mechanical engineering. He started his music career in high school and then later after started music production and managing. In 2019, he started his own music management known as Rap Nation Entertainment where he has signed up various artists and DJ's like Ghetto Floz, Navy Nassir, Charz Brown and many more
