Born in 2000 in Central Uganda, JO-CY professionally joined music in 2021 and currently a first year student at Makerere University pursuing a Bachelor's degree in social works and social administration.
She has so far released two songs Gonna go and Promise featuring Harrison Fire . JO-CY is a song writer and a recording artist of urban Afro pop and Rnb.
