For the past one week, Zakayo singer Mansoor Ssemanda aka King Saha has been admitted at Nakasero Hospital but now fresh reports confirm how doctors have sent him to rehab after medications failing to work on him because of too much drugs in his blood system.
According to our sources, King Saha who has for the past week been admitted at Nakasero Hospital has been recommended to enroll in rehab.
Apparently, all this is because Medics have citing drug overdose in blood stream and have asked singer to abstain from drugs for atleast 4 years.
However, this website has not learned yet if the singer will enroll or will defy doctors orders.
Meanwhile, King Saha has been battling with Bebe Cool for the past one year simply because he asked him to stop using drugs, which he claims is his own right.
