Over the weekend, Big Talent boss, singer Edrisa musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo wrote history by becoming the first ever artiste to hold a totally sold out music concert that saw doors close early and revellers fainting from over congestion at Kololo Airstrip.
Attended exclusively by the prime minister of Uganda, Hon. Robinah Nabbanja for the first ever artiste festival organized in Uganda saw doors close upe as early as 6pm with nowhere else to stand or even dance from.
By the time performances commenced, at the Airstrip was immense as it was packed with revelers who were ready to have a good time as there were different performances by some of the best local musicians and international acts like Mampi , Harmonize, Bahati and Bruce Melody set the mood right before the main act, Eddy Kenzo pounced onto the stage to give a remarkable show.
Through social media, Eddy Kenzo expressed his gratitude to his fans and fellow artistes for the love they showered him .
“My country people what can I say now! Muli balungi nyo ebitagambika.
I’m forever grateful thank you. To my fellow artists both local and international let me settle down and write something.
Thank you guys I love you all @eddykenzofestival was lit”, he wrote.
