Match day six of the 2022 Masaza Cup tournament has seen three fixtures played on Saturday 6th August with Singo registering the the biggest result after winning Buvuma 3:1.

Conrad Ssenjogera, Amuli Mukasa and an opening goal, an own goal from Musa Mulindwa gave the 2015 champions the win with Stuart Keezaala getting a consolation for the islanders in the match played at Saza Stadium Mityana in group one/Masengere group.

Singo got back to winning ways after falling to a 1:0 loss in their last match against Buddu and are topping Masengere group with 15 points after 6 matches and are the only side to have as many points as 15 in this year’s tournament.

Kooki Saza team who were playing on their third match of the campaign got their first point after a goalless draw with Kabula at Kaliro Playground in Bulange group (group 2).

Kabula remain 5th in the group with 4 points after 5 matches whereas Kooki are glued at the table bottom with only one point in three matches following the failure of three home matches to be played.

Mawogola Saza fc also played a barren stalemate with Buluuli at Mawogola saza ground in Masengere group.

Despite the point gained, Mawogola went to 4 points and are still at the table bottom in Masengere group whereas Buluuli went level on points with Buddu (7) but have a negative goal difference of one compared to one goal difference of Buddu. Therefore Buluuli remain 4th and Buddu 3rd on Masengere table standings.
