Action returns this weekend in the Masaza Cup tournament with nine matches across the 18 counties. Major of all will be a clash between Singo and Buddu. Having both won the tournament twice, the two most supported counties in the tournament will lock horns at Masaka recreation grounds.
Mityana based Singo Saza FC will be looking to extending their winning and unbeaten streak to five wins in as many matches whereas Buddu will be in need of returning to winning ways following two successive losses, and with new coach Ibrahim Kirya now at the helm, Buddu fans are waiting to see what the former Masaza Cup champion with Gomba has brought to the team.
Another do or die encounter will be between Buwekula and Butambala who will tussle it out at Kibibi, Butambala. Only one point separates the two sides in group two with Buwekula standing second on six points and Butambala third with five. The other group match will see Kabula who beat Buwekula 3:1 in their last match take on group leaders Gomba.
