Bunyaga Bruno scored a double brace in the first thirty minutes of the game and added another in the 62" from the spot to make it 5 goals as St. Lawrence University beat Mbarara University of Science & Technology (MUST) 5-2 today Wednesday at Kavule in the Pepsi University Football League.
Visitors Mbarara University did try to come back in the second half with Agaba Darius scoring in the 69" and Akem Kwene scoring in the 86" but it was not enough.
The result sees St. Lawrence University climb to the top of Group D with 8pts from their 5 games while Makerere University are second with 6pts from their 5 games.
The group is left with three matches to be completed with the knockout stages set for September,2022.
