Vipers SC had its goals through Otti 48" (OG),Karisa Milton 59", Sentamu Yunus 66",Byaruhanga Bobosi 90+3" to win Mbarara City 4:0. The win means Vipers SC advanced to the finals of Uganda Cup on a 6:1 aggregate score following a 2:1 first half win at Kakyeka Stadium.
The win also means Vipers SC are through to their second consecutive Stanbic Bank Uganda Cup final after beating Mbarara City FC 6-1 on aggregate in a match played at St. Mary’s Stadium, Kitende.
They await the winner between BUL FC and Booma FC's game. The two side will face off on Wednesday 18th May 2022 with the former carrying a 5:1 first leg win advantage.
A repeat of last season’s final is likely where Vipers beat Bul FC 8:1 at FUFA Technical Center, Njeru.
