2016 Disney Production 'Queen of Katwe' actress Esteri Brenda Tebandeke is stranded as she is in need of Ug shs 314 for a kidney transplant.
The actress cum producer featured in the "Queen of Katwe" popular film alongside Academy Award-winning actress Lupita Nyong'o and Critics' choice Award winner David Oyelowo and The Girl in The Yellow Jumper among the many brilliant films that revelers barely noticed.
Blizz Uganda has learnt how the 37 year old Tebandeke is then in an urgent kidney transplant campaign following a chronic kidney disease, that she has been battling since 2015.
She needs a blood group O+ kidney donor and about $87,500 (aproximately Ug shs 314million) for treatment.
Her health condition has deteriorated so much that doctors have reccomended that she has a kidney transplant.
