Ugandan singer Pia Pounds' 2020 hit song “Tupaate” featured as a soundtrack in Netflix’s new reality series dubbed Young Famous and African in Episode 6 as Zari was planning her famous Blue Train 48Hours Party.
Tupaate opened up Episode six playing with scenes of sunset and skyline of the South African city in the representation of Uganda.
The soundtrack was a prelude to a scene where the South African-based Ugandan socialite Zari Hassan who is part of the cast was talking about her visit to Andile.
On the list of Young, famous, and African soundtracks, "Tupaate" was joined by other songs such as Complete me by Simi, Forever remix by Gyakie ft Omah Lay, Love Nwantiti by Ckay ft Joeboy, Love Portion by Mafikizolo among others.
Pia Pounds expressed her excitement through a post on her socials.
