Charles Olimi, commonly known as Sipapa has publicly bragged how he is a son to President Yoweri Kaguta Museveni and that no one can dare touch him no matter what he does in this country.
The self confession from Sipapa comes in response to a recent scenario where he is then trending for allegedly knocking someone’s car and pulling out a gun to shoot him for complaining.
According to reports, Sipapa was driving his latest numberless V8 car and allegedly knocked another car which happened to be a Benz while he was trying to create his own way in a traffic jam.
The incident happened around the Naalya Kiwatule roundabout and after knocking the man’s car, he allegedly threatened to beat and shoot him.
Sipapa was moving with another security personnel and they were both armed according to the victim whose car was knocked.
Now while throwing more light about his fateful hit and run scuffle with a Benz owner days back, the pencil sized money bags has assured haters to take heart and accept his success after all he worked for it.
While laughing at those who claim that he always act with impunity, Sipapa has reminded them how he is a rich and simple man who supports the regime in power because of the benefits he enjoys as a stake holder.
Sipapa has advised those pinning him of always acting with impunity as he bosses with state machinery to lie low like an envelope after all they don't know that he might be another member of the first family.
"My mother was a woman who like others might have seen a lot of men. So don't be surprised if I'm President Museveni's son." -Sipapa
