Spark TV presenter Precious Remmie and husband Raymond Benedict Bindeeba have instituted criminal proceedings against BBS Telefayina's Matovu Devosh and YouTuber Wasswa Emma for defamation. They want 300 million from each.
While hosting Ray P's husband's baby mama, Akumu Sophia on his Justice TV YouTube channel, the Bindeebas accuse Wasswa of defaming them as per the words that were uttered during the interview which seemed defamatory, malicious, odious, spiteful, irresponsible and false.
Just like its the case with vlogger Emma Wasswa of Justice TV, the Bindeebas accuse Matovu of making defamatory statements against them that contained untrue scandalous and defamatory statements while in BBS 'Sumulula' morning show and his Celebrity Track channel.
The statements he uttered seemed defamatory, malicious, odious, spiteful, irresponsible and false.
Ray P and Bindeeba add that the statements made by Emma on the interview caused mental suffering to them and have continuously lowered their reputation.
Now through their lawyers, Peace & Co. Advocates, the Bindeebas want the vlogger to compensate them with shs300million as damages in addition to apologizing and retracting the false stories perpetuated by him against them.
