Emmanuel Tumusiime-Mutebile was a very famous Economist, Bank of Uganda Governor born on January 27th, 1949 who died a few days ago and left behind a Huge Mansion, a Big Island on Lake Bunyonyi, a world class Governor’s suite in Kabale, a farm on 800 acres of land near Migadde and much more.
