The club's Marketing and Chief Executive Officer Abraham Luzzi was all smiles after a thrilling 5-0 win over Bright Stars on Wednesday at the MTN Omondi stadium, Lugogo.
Registering the club's third straight win, Luzzi felt honored and anticipates the Cops to have a respectable finish at the climax of the season given the favourable working environment on and off the pitch.
"It's a great honor to our club and institution as Police, we expected it because we told the players that we need goals and they had to take it and indeed they did what we tasked them to do. More so, we expect to maintain this even beyond and I'm even agitating that as soon as we come to the next season we are going to improve even better.
We are bringing in new players to better competitiveness and all we win is to win and results. I'm happy with the boys and the entire technical team and every body is in good shape and we are expect an explosion since Police is a special team." Said Luzzi.
Police FC shall visit Uganda People's Defense Forces (UPDF FC) next Tuesday in the battle of armed forces at the Bombo military barracks playground.
Having won their last three matches with at least three goals, (3:1 Busoga United, 3:1 Tooro United, 5:0 Bright Stars), Police FC currently stand 12th on the table with 12 points from 13 matches.
