There is no more scuffles with landlords in regards to rent arrears as the "Kibooko" singer is finally a landlord.
Through his socials, the singer cum blogger has surprised revelers by flaunting off his new house that will also dub as the Bad Character Records studio thereby excitedly revealing how he is proud to be done with struggling with rent.
"BAD CHARACTER RECORDS/ STUDIO NEW PREMISES THANK YOU OUR FANS NO MORE RENT," the excited Kalifa Aganaga has stated.
It must be remembered that months back, the singer alias Kalifah AgaNaga was involved in a heated exchange of words with his landlady’s daughter for failure to foot his 7 months rent arrears.
The Afro-beat singer could be afterwards be forced to vacate the premises with immediate effect.
