Uganda's representatives at the on going AfroBasket tournament in Kigali Rwanda fell to a loss of 88:86 to Sudan in a very much closely contested tie.
This was the third game of Uganda in the tournament having won the second against Cameroon with 80:66 though lost the first game to Senegal 93:55 on Wednesday 25th August.
Uganda will thus face Nigeria in the qualification for the quarterfinals on Tuesday, August 31 whereas compatriots South Sudan will battle Kenya.
