Vipers SC progressed to the last eight of the Stanbic Uganda Cup after their one all draw with UPDF FC meant they qualified in a 4:2 aggregate score.
Bright Vuni scored the match's opener for UPDF FC in the 10th minute but Bobosi Byaruhanga levelled matters for the Venoms in the 23rd minute and that was all concerning scoring in the match.
Vipers SC had won 3:1 in the first leg with Bright Vuni scoring an own goal and the other two goals from Ibrahim Orit and Ceaser Manzoki and a draw means they advance to the Quarter finals.
The Uganda Cup returns on Tuesday, 4th May 2021 with more games in the second leg of the round of 16.
URA F.C will have to overturn a 2:1 lead by Express FC as they host the Red Eagles, SC Villa will be carrying their 1:0 first leg win as host Onduparaka FC.
