AFCON 2021 Qualifiers: Coach Abdullah Mubiru Summons a 31 Man Squad for National Duty

Assistant Coach Abdullah Mubiru has on Friday 5th March,2021 summoned a 31 man squad to prepare for the AFCON last two qualifications matches.

Uganda Cranes who are second in group B with seven points have two remaining matches in the bid to qualify for a third consecutive AFCON tournament.

Uganda hosts Burkina Faso on 24th March,2021 in Kampala before making a trip to Malawi "The Flames" five days later.

Uganda has seven points from four matches with Burkina Faso topping with eight points, Malawi is third on four points as South Sudan sit at the bottom of the table.

Mubiru also included two U-20 Stars who include captain Garvin Mugweri Kizito and midfielder Bobosi Byaruhanga.
