St. Lawrence University yesterday 20th September, advanced to the semi finals of the Pepsi Uganda University football league after winning 2:0 away from home at YMCA to progress with a 4:0 aggregate score.
Their progress to the semi-finals of the Pepsi University Football League means it's the second consecutive season that they have reached that feat after they also made it last season culminating into a third position finish.
Seruwu Collins' corner kick gave the visitors the lead towards the end of the first half in 40th minute and Kayemba Umar doubled it at start of second half in 48th minute with a simple tap in.
The second leg of another semi final continuues on Wednesday 25th September, 2019 as defending Kyambogo will be hustling out with Bugema university at kyambogo. The first leg saw Kyambogo lose to Bugema University 2-0.
