The Heavy security deployment and chaos outside Hon Kyagulanyi's Magere-based home has forced many of his followers and supporters to flee the place as others keep flocking in to secure his safety.
The NUP party president was earlier today nominated to contest for the presidency in the 2020/21 General Election.
