The Buganda Region Football Association Chairman cries out for more food relief.
The Chairman of Buganda Football Association Andy Kaweesa has come out to plead to all potential helpers to come out and provide relief food to players in the Buganda Region.
Kaweesa also acknowledged the receipt of relief food from Events Host Balsam Barugahare and thanked him for the giving heart.
Andy Kaweesa reiterated that despite the relief food got earlier from good Samaritans, they are still in much need for more food as they have close to 20,000 players who he says food earlier given to them was very little and are now in much for more.
The Chairman whose hopes for the resumption of the league lie in God's hands, urged the players to keep their bodies fit during this period as they wait for the league to restart.
For starters, Uganda's football governing body, Federation of Uganda Football Associations (FUFA) recently gave out 12.5 tones of rice to all FUFA officials and players but as of now, food is over and are looking for help from good Samaritans.
