Word has been going around claiming that Singer Tanasha Donna had been placed under mandatory quarantine by authorities after attending a birthday party but now she has spoken out.

In an interactive session with her fans via her Insta-stories, the mother of one came out to caution her fans not to believe everything they read online. While at it, she dispelled the quarantine reports as fake news saying that she is just home.

“I’m not in quarantine those are false and fake news. I’m not in quarantine! Don’t believe what you see in media please,” she said.

Last week, reports went viral on social media, alleging that Donna was arrested at the said birthday party and forced into self-quarantine in line with measures put in place to stop the spread of Covid-19.

Tanasha posted videos of herself attending the house party on Good Friday to celebrate one Tim Matiba’s birthday, who is believed to be a manager of a popular Mombasa Road club.

She posted a video of herself driving in the dark, way after the 7pm curfew. In the same Instagram interaction session with her fans, Tanasha said that she is very single and not really looking forward to any relationship at the moment.

“I’m single and not ready to mingle. I got a husband and that’s my music. I have so much [music] in store for you,” she added.
