A few days ago we reported to you how singer Eddy Kenzo had cried out following strict guidelines down in Ivory Coast where he traveled to a few weeks ago including being beaten Kibooko when you skip curfew.
Now the singer is laughing out Loud following the new 16 Guidelines issued by president Museveni to help stop the viral spread of Coronavirus.
Eddy Kenzo wanted to be helped get back home when he is still safe but after the closure of all Uganda boarders, the BET Award winner became one of the hundreds of Ugandans locked out of their own countries.

Museveni introduced a new curfew of Every Ugandan being in their houses not beyond 8pm or they will face it rough for the 14 days lock down he made.
