Major of all is the encounter between six time champions Express FC and four time champions URA FC who tussle it out at Betway Muteesa II stadium in Wankuluku.
It should be remembered that the Wankulukuku based stadium was granted permission by the FUFA lincensing committee to host games after being lendered fit for the cause.
However, no spectators will be allowed in at the stadium hence will have to watch it at Sanyuka TV the Star Times broadcast partner for Uganda Premier league.
Fourth Placed Tax collectors will miss the services of star forward Joachim Ojera as he sustained an injury in in their 3:1 wrought of Vipers in the most recent fixture.
On speaking to channel 44 ahead of the clash, Express FC coach Wasswa Bbossa acknowledged URA FC as a great team with good players and Coach in Sam Ssimbwa but is optimistic the Red Army will go past them at home despite being not so much used to the pitch.

It is a hard encounter especially for the Wakiso side who face a side which has won all its four home games in second round. There will be a relegation battle between bottom side Proline FC and second placed side (from the bottom) Tooro United at the Star Times Stadium, Lugogo.
