YMCA FC saw off Makerere University Business School- MUBS in a single match of the Pepsi Uganda University Football League played on Friday 21st February at Buwambo with a 2:1 win.
YMCA FC's goals were from Mpahabwe Richard in the 30th minute before MUBS levelled matters in the 68th minute courtesy of a Munir Saidi strike.
YMCA made amends in the 80th minute as Akapulira Bannet scored the winner for the Wandegeya side to start off the league on a winning note.
The Pepsi Uganda University Football league continues today Saturday 22nd February, 2020 as Gulu University host Nkumba University in Gulu at 3PM whereas new entrants Muni University will play at home against Bugema University on Sunday 23rd February, 2020 in Arua.
