NBS TV Opens Up About Rumors Of Firing MC Kats, Full Truth Here

Rumor has been going around claiming that Next Media's NBS Television sacked one of it's top entertainment presenters Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats but they have now opened up about it all.

Next Media Services Public Relations Officer, Desire Derekford Mugumisa has today opened up and trashed all these rumors saying that their presenter MC Kats is just on leave but will be back soon.

Mugumisa dismissed these 'false reports' claiming that they sacked the “After 5” show host and city MC Edwin Katamba aka MC Kats.

MC Kats is currently ill and get counselling services after declaring his HIV status. The reports claim NBS TV gave Kats time to heal by letting him go. Mugumisa described the reports as reckless and heartless.

“MC Kats is away on leave, in agreement with him. This leave is set to come to an end at the end of this month, subject to review from both ends on the progress he is making, and we are in constant contact with him and his family on this,” Mugumisa explained.
