The Uganda National football team of ladies "The Crested Cranes" on 19th November, 2019 beat Ethiopia 1:0 in their second match of the the CECAFA Women challenge cup in Tanzania.
The sole goal by Fauzia Najjemba in the 63rd minute was enough to send the Crested Cranes in the semi finals with maximum points (6) from the two matches played.
In their (Crested Cranes) group B first match, they beat Djibouti 13:0, that to goals from Juliet Nalukenge (5), Hasifa Nasuuna (3),Fazila Ikwaput (3) and a goal apiece from Najjemba Fauzia and Amina Nababi.
The Crested Cranes will back in action in their last group match on Thursday 21st November, 2019 with a top of table decider against Kenya.
