Trying to expand his musical footprint and creating more opportunities for fellow Ugandan entertainers, musician, entrepreneur, and philanthropist Royal Jeff has officially launched his new live band, ‘The JP Band.’
The JP Band, is the latest project under the JP Production Company and is based at Plot 61B, Kyanja Ring Road.
The band is already hitting the ground running, performing at functions, entertainment events, and themed nights across the city.
Speaking to Blizz Uganda, Royal Jeff expressed his passion for live music and his desire to use the band as a platform to discover and nurture raw, untapped talent.
"I am a big fan of live band music. So I decided to make my band to help lift a lot of talents. Many good, unheard voices only need a bigger platform to be exposed to the rest of the world. That is where The JP Band comes in," he shared.
The JP Band is open to new recruits, bookings, and collaborations, with Royal Jeff emphasizing that the mission is to promote Ugandan sound, celebrate local culture, and give talented artists a much-needed spotlight.
