The highly anticipated Uganda Dance Nights, set to take place tomorrow, March 22, 2025, at the prestigious Serena Hotel, is not just a celebration of dance but also a platform for raising awareness and support for children with Down syndrome. Organized by ValRich Arts in partnership with Talent Africa Group and the Ministry of Tourism, the event aims to promote inclusivity and understanding within communities while showcasing Uganda’s rich cultural heritage through dance.
The lineup includes celebrated performers such as Hon. Rachel Magola, Winnie Nwagi, Sam Bagenda, also known as Dr. Bbosa, Anne Kansiime, and Allan Kutos. Attendees can look forward to a night of captivating performances while actively participating in fundraising efforts that will benefit organizations advocating for children with Down syndrome.
Children with Down syndrome often face societal stigma and limited opportunities for inclusion.
Through Uganda Dance Nights, organizers hope to highlight their potential and foster an environment of acceptance and support. Valentino, one of the event’s key figures, emphasized the significance of the initiative, stating, “Dance is a universal language that brings people together.
Through Uganda Dance Nights, we hope to create a platform where everyone can celebrate our differences and support those who need it most. Every ticket purchased and every donation made will help provide resources and opportunities for children with Down syndrome.”
The event is expected to draw a diverse audience eager to enjoy an evening of entertainment while contributing to a meaningful cause.
