Ava Peace Dominates the 2025 Zzina Awards, Full List of All Award Winners

The 12th edition of the highly anticipated Zzina Awards Listener’s Choice was a night to remember as it brought together a star-studded lineup of celebrities, influencers, and fans to celebrate Uganda’s finest in the music and entertainment industry.

Hosted by the dynamic duo of Mr. Henrie and Florah Show at Galaxy FM premises, the ceremony was an unforgettable evening of recognition, performances, and sheer excitement.

The event, which took place on Thursday, February 13th, 2025, celebrated talent across various categories, with winners recognized for their exceptional work in 2024.

Ava Peace emerged the biggest winner of the night, Swangz Avenue’s co- founder, Benon Mugumbya, was Awarded Legend of the year in recognition of his extraordinary contributions to the Ugandan music industry over the years.

Additionally, Allan Okello of Vipers Football Club was honored with the Sports Personality of the Year award, acknowledging his stellar performance in the past season.

The evening was filled with glamorous red-carpet moments and high-energy performances that featured newbie Tracy Melon who kickstarted with the National Anthem. Anknown performed live before rapper Recho Rey thrilled the audience. Dax Vibes was joined by Ava Peace on stage to perform their collabo Tabbu. Elijah Kitaka later took centre stage and performed his hit songs. After his energyetic performance, Dokta Brain gave a mind-blowing acoustic performance that was closed with Kataleya and Kandle joining him on stage.

 

The night was closed at midnight with a Dj mix to congratulate the big winners of the night.
