Rapper Gravity Omutujju is brushing off his concert flop at Lugogo Cricket Oval, seeing it as just a minor setback in his successful music career. He attributed the low turnout to simple bad luck. "You can have a good business, and one day things don't go well... anyone can make a loss,” he said confidently.

Despite performing to a smaller crowd and dealing with faulty sound issues, Gravity remains undeterred. He announced plans to host another concert at the same venue next year, aiming to remind Ugandans why he’s previously packed Lugogo five times. “I am going back to Lugogo. I’m going to try again,” he promised.

When asked about the comparison between his concert and Mickie Wine’s show at Jahazi Pier on the same night, Gravity dismissed the speculation that Mickie had a larger audience. He noted that Lugogo’s size makes any crowd appear smaller, saying, "If you took my people to Jahazi, they might shut it down."

Gravity further had a message for artists who might be celebrating his setback. He urged them to consider how many times they’ve successfully held concerts at Lugogo, adding that his record speaks for itself.

With his usual resilience and confidence, Gravity Omutujju is already planning his comeback. Despite the flop, he’s determined to show that one bad night won’t define his career.
