In a grand celebration on Saturday, August 3, the dynamic team of Kasuku and his co-hosts from the Talk and Talk Show unveiled their brand-new studio dubbed Olaxess Studios, marking a fresh chapter for the popular show.

Named The Olaxess Studio in a heartfelt tribute to their late friend Isma Olaxess, this state-of-the-art facility was brought to life with an impressive investment of approximately $20,000 (around Shs73.8 million), generously funded by the benevolent Don Jan.

Nestled along Bulabira Road in Najjera, the studio boasts top-notch design and assembly by the legendary Steve Jean of Fenon Records, with invaluable connections orchestrated by the resourceful Sharon.

The journey to this milestone began back in November 2024 when Kasuku floated the idea of establishing a dedicated studio to Don Jan. Although Jan was supportive, he initially remained vague about the timeline for financing the equipment and venue. However, the game changed dramatically when Kasuku and his team were unexpectedly laid off from Dembe FM. Sensing their need for a new home base, Don Jan swiftly stepped in, promising the necessary funds to turn their studio dream into a reality.

Since their departure from Dembe FM, the Talk and Talk Show, co-hosted by Kasuku, Eddie Ssendi, Jenkins Mukasa, and Batt Badru, has been somewhat of a traveling circus. Their first pit stop was at the YayaXtra Residence, thanks to their friend Stanley Ndawula. Next, they set up shop at Buyu Studios, owned by John Segawa. The nomadic adventure continued with a stint at Nzou Media Studios, facilitated by Sheilah Gashumba's persuasive charm with the studio’s owner, Ali Khan.
