Media personality, MC and Deejay, Etania Mutoni has reportedly been fired from NRG Radio, contract terminated and ordered to return all company property after what she did, they have listed their reasons and why she has to go.
Through a letter making rounds on social media, it indicates that it is time to let go of Etania as they are disappointed in her, the press statement dated 1st July 2024.
The termination letter also goes ahead to remind Etania Mutoni that she is not allowed to work with competition a year or reveal business information to any other parties during the process.

As discussed, dignity and mutual respect are core uncomprisable values at NRG.After our conversation, we think that the best way forward for all parties involved is to terminate your services with NRG.
This is the final decision as part of the company’s disciplinary process after the end of your performance improvement plan. You are entitled to your salary up until 3rd July. Please return all company property, including IDs and laptop to the Human Resources office on the same date. Human Resource will give you a detailed letter with your full compensation details,
Please keep in mind that you signed a non-compete and non-disclosure agreement, and as such, you are prohibited from working with competition a year or revealing business information to any other parties during the process

Etania joined NRG Radio Uganda at the beginning of 2023 and has been one of their top presenters that her termination has come as a surprise to many.
