Renowned singer Ronald Alimpa has made a remarkable comeback after a long break from the music scene. In an exclusive interview, Alimpa candidly shared the hurdles he confronted during his absence including how he made a chapati stall in Kalerwe that was robbed clean before he started hawking Tomatoes.
Alimpa, once riding high on the crest of success, encountered a series of setbacks, starting with a tragic accident that left both his legs fractured. Amidst allegations of financial strife with his management and strained familial ties, he found himself at his lowest ebb. The singer didn't shy away from disclosing his battles with personal demons and substance abuse during this tumultuous period.
In a bid to sustain himself and his family, Alimpa resorted to unconventional means, taking to the streets to peddle chapatis.
