The Uganda National Musicians Federation (UNMF) President, singr Edirisa Musuuza aka Eddy Kenzo has finally confessed his deep friendship with the President of Uganda, Yoweri Kaguta Museveni, stating how he saved his life froma near death experience.
Speaking out in his recent exclusive interview, Eddy Kenzo shed light on his deep respect for President Museveni because he stood by him when he had lost all hope and had no one else run to his rescue.
Eddy Kenzo explained that the president is among his best friends and that he holds strong respect for him since he has always extended crucial support towards in Challenging period , citing that he is always grateful and holds strong respect for individuals who have been there for him.
He recapped challenging incident in Ivory coast during International lockdown and closure of airport, he stated that he was stuck, depressed and he was about to die that even friends had abandoned him but he looked for Museveni for solace and he was subsequently rescued with other several Ugandans after Museveni intervention.
Eddy also went ahead and clarified that his association with Museveni doesn’t signify betrayal to his fans or mentor Bobi Wine , as he values and respect everyone in his life.
"I am allowed to deal with everyone, Museveni is my good friend because when I was stuck in Ivory Coast he sent us a full aeroplane to bring us food so I cant stay away from him, Also Bobi Wine is my friend but I mostly stand with Museveni"- Eddy Kenzo said.
