Controvercial documentary "Bobi Wine: The People’s President", acted by musician turned political activist, Robert Kagulanyi aka Bobi Wine won big at the 'Dove' for The Political Film of the Year by Cinema For Peace Foundation in Berlin, Germany.
According to sources, this documentary has been performing well countrywide since its release back in 2013 earning Bobi Wine a huge role in the eyes of top freedom fighters.
Cinema For Peace is a foundation that aims at promoting peace and humanity through cinematic arts. The ceremony usually attracts influential people and among the attendees was the former US presidential candidate Hillary Clinton and our own, Bobi Wine.
The awarding ceremony was held earlier this week on Monday, February 19, 2024, and singer, Bobi Wine attended in honor with his wife Barbie Itungo Kyagulanyi.
