When you scroll through TikTok, you will see a creative dance group called Namuyomba Comedy, today we break down for you all we know about their creative director and brains behind how it all started with Director Amujadi Arts Ug.
Who is Amujadi Arts UG?
Amujadi Arts UG, real name Ssentumbwe Amujadi, grew up in Mityana district village called Buye kikumbi from where he joined Drama since Primary One.
He had a dream of making a home for needy, poor, and unstable people so he found away of accomplishing all this when he finally graduated in Art and Design.
Amujadi started serious acting in 2013 acting at LAMZ DRAMA PRODUCTION at BatValleyTheatre and later became an Artistic Director.
In 2014 he created a group called Scholastic dancers which performed on different occasions/stages.
He is also one of the Directors SSekisenda film production.
"Am one of the founders as well as the Offical director as well as a content Creator of Namuyomba Comedy Foundation based in mukono district kayunga road village called Namaliiri.
Namuyomba Comedy Foundation started in 2015 after observing that many school going children during holidays plus school dropouts, kids indulging into wrong habits. Drug abuse for boys. And hving unwanted pregnances."- he told us.
Supporting children in education and social well being through their talents, children have gone through some of the worst experiences a child could face but through Dance, Songs, Drama and sharing their love in Uganda an the whole world, these children connect to each other in Uganda and the whole world.
