Former Big Talent Entertainment singer, Tracy Kirabo aka Pia Pounds has exclusively opened up about how she used to struggle to afford rent until her “Tupaate” song became a big hit in the industry, she had men to support her but could not cater for everything.
Speaking out in an interview with Galaxy TV's Mr. Henrie, P Pia Pounds revealed some of the challengesshe went through before her music finally started paying off.
Pia Pounds narrated that the song was too big for her to the extent that she managed to buy her first car after the Tupaate song became very huge on the market.
Infact, she also revealed that she was able to buy her very first car when Tupaate became a hit song and was booked to perform allover the country.
"Tupaate financially changed my life. The song was big enough that I could now afford my rent. Before I couldn’t afford my rent. In order to make ends meet, I always sold juice and clothes before even the Covid-19 pandemic happened. The song also bought me my first car." she said.
