Uganda National Examination Board (UNEB) has confirmed that parents and students can now check for their Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results for P.7 Candidates that sat last year via SMS request.
The results can be checked via short SMS code 6600 that will again be used, and charging UGx500.
The long-awaited 2022 Primary Leaving Examinations (PLE) results will be officially released at 11am today, after which parents and students can get details via an sms to 6600.
PLE ended before Christmas. Marking took place at 13 centers involving 5,544 examiners. Education Minister, Janet Kataha Museveni will announce the details today.
PLE was conducted on November 8th and 9th, 2022, with a total of 832,810 candidates registered from 14,153 examination centers. 51.9 percent of the total registered candidates were females and 48.1 percent were males. 583,769 were funded under the Universal Primary Education-UPE program, and 249,041 were non-UPE candidates.
