Veteran Ugandan musician Mesach Semakula has applauded Spice Diana for her dedication to music, praying for her to become wealthy while expressing his wish that she has a child in 2027.
Semakula made the remarks during a press conference ahead of his upcoming 50 Years of Greatness concert, where he also called on Ugandans to support Spice Diana’s VVIP concert scheduled for January 2027.
The veteran singer praised Spice Diana for remaining committed to her music career despite a demanding performance schedule, noting that she continues to show up for shows without giving up.
“You find her going for shows, a fourth of the day, but she doesn’t give up. I pray God makes you rich and rewards your hard work,” Semakula said.
His comments reflected his admiration for the singer’s persistence and his hope that her hard work would bring her greater financial success.
Semakula also used the opportunity to encourage music fans to support Spice Diana as she prepares for her upcoming concert, emphasising the importance of standing behind fellow musicians and their projects.
“I call you to support her too, but also for her to give birth next year,” he added.
The musician’s remarks combined encouragement for Spice Diana’s career with a personal wish for her to start a family next year. However, he did not indicate whether the singer has plans to have a child in 2027.
Spice Diana is continuing to pursue her music career as she prepares for her January 2027 VVIP concert, which will bring her back before her fans.
Meanwhile, Semakula is preparing for his 50 Years of Greatness concert, a celebration of his longstanding contribution to Uganda’s music industry.
