Shaxx MC

Shaka Elijah (born 7 July 1997) better known by his stage name Shaxx MC is a Ugandan singer, songwriter signed by FS Avenue in 2020.  His musical genre is Afro-beats, RnB & zouk in both Luganda and English. He became the first  Ugandan act from Mubende to stage a successful concert in the year 2022.

Shaka Elijah was born born 7 July 1997 in Wakiso to Mugisha Karim and Nakato Julie.He went to Bright Future for his early education and London College  for his O'level. in Nansana, Wakiso District where he completed his secondary level from.

Music Career

SHAXX MC started his music career in 2018 with the Onjayanya single and Kumutima which  appeared to make him the Artist of The Year for 2019/20. He was selected to perform at the government sponsored events during the covid-19  as an artist representing Mubende in 2020 & 2021. 

He also collaborated with Chaka Bounty, a Ugandan veteran ragga musician, on their crossover track "Mr. DJ". He released two solo albums, Visit Nakayima & Mubende Yeeka. His lyrics are in Luganda, Swahili, and English. Together with Green Daddy, SHAXX MC released a remix for his song Katono in 2023 a song that was produced by BX On Da Beat and later re-produced by Sekret. 

In 2022, SHAXX MC staged his first concert dubbed Kumutima, an event that succeeded and changed his whole story. The event which happened on 1st July, 2022 is SHAXX MC's yearly event that happens every July.
