Crysto Panda Deactivates Social Media Accounts and Runs for Help, Says He's Battling Depression

TV presenter turned musician, Crysto Panda has taken a break off social media by deactivating all his accounts and saying that he needs help to recover from depression he is currently battling especially following his flopped concert.

Over the past one week, Ugandans have been making fun or Panda after he staged his music concert targeting students who were in Holidays but unfortunatey only a few turned up because of the heavy rains.

Herbert Kityamuweesi, popularly known as Crysto Panda has been facing brutal critics, social media trolls, and mainstream media which, according to those close to him, has had effects on him.

So, through his WhatsApp status according to Mbu, revealed how he is taking a social media break to focus on bettering his mental health.

“Getting off social media for some time. Been battling a lot and depressed a lot. I wanna focus on my mental health for sometime and recover but I will be back soon,” Crysto Panda wrote.
