Celebrated news anchor and sports journalist Joel Khamadi has quit NTV Uganda and officially joined Next Media's NBS TV.
After 13 good years at the helm of screen business, the former face of NTV The Spot and NTV @1 news anchor is the latest acquisition by the Naguru based power house to cross over from the Serena academy to the political command center.
Having fell out with his bosses at NTV Uganda, Khamadi has been unveiled and made his debut on Monday as the new co-anchor of NBSLiveAt9 daily news bulletin.
Before his debut, cameras and had spotted Joel Khamadi on Monday afternoon while in a concealed discussion with Next Media's CEO Kin Karisa and senior journalist Samson Kasumba before he could let the cat out of the bag by confirming his trek to the political command center as a transformer.
"Laugh. The world is already serious enough as it is...you never know what's NEXT!" tweeted Joel Khamadi.
Joel Khamadi will join former NTV employees that have crossed to NBS TV mention Andrew Kabuura,Others Douglas Lwanga, Mc Kats, Hatima Naluggwa Seekaya, Zahara Totto, Anatalia Oze, MC Kats, and others.
