After a recess of two weeks with CAF Champions League and Confederation Cup on stake, Uganda's top flight league is back with match day six.

On Sanyuka TV is Express FC Vs Proline FC today 1st October and blizz Uganda takes a look at what factors may decide the winner today.

Taking a look at the table, Proline are at the bottom of it with three points having played only three matches, winning 1:0 against Onduparaka and losing 3:0 to both Mbarara city and SC Villa

For the Red Army also known as "Mukwano gw'abangi", they are thirteenth in the table on four points with a 3:2 win at Mbarara city and a one all stalemate with Bright Stars. The three have been losses to BUL FC, Onduparaka and SC Villa.

However, Despite the Yellow and Purple striped side being glued at the table, they look a more threatening side having beaten AS Kigali of Rwanda 2:1 in CAF Confederation Cup to progress to the next round.

It is for this confidence that the Matia Lule coached side stand a chance to go past The Wankulukuku side.

In the playing staff, Proline look a better side with Bogere Ivan, Bright Anukani and Mujuzi Mustafa all on fire after good display at Continental level, FUFA West Nile tour and the U20 though they exited the later.

For Express FC will be very grateful for the recess as it helped Frank Ssenyondo get back to full fitness.

The 23 year old attacking midfielder is on fire and if it was not for the injury in half time against Villa, he was still tormenting the Jogos' defence.

He has been very instrumental in their last for fixtures and his return today should worry Proline's defense of Bernard Muwanga and Mustafa Mujuzi.

Defenders Cyrus Kibande, Martin Kizza and midfielder Hamdan Nsubuga plus the good news of the return of goalkeeper Tony Kyamera should be on form if the away side is to salvage a point at Star Times Stadium, Lugogo.

Proline have won three of the last five encounters, with Express managing a single draw.

The day's other fixtures. All at 4:30PM.

Bright Stars Vs URA at Betway Muteesa II Stadium, Wankulukuku.

Mbarara City Vs Busiga United at Luzira Prisons grounds, Luzira.
