Masaza Cup 2021 edition has seen two matches played on Thursday 25th November, 2021 with both tournament favorites losing points following statements.
Earlier in the day, Gomba drew 1:1 with Buluuli with a goal from Brian Aniku whereas Abdu Maliki scored the equalizer for the later. The result left Gomba third in table with four points from three matches after they lost their tournament opener 2:0 to Kyadondo.
Buluuli who are also level on points with record Masaza Cup Champions Gomba top the group on a superior goal difference of 3.
Later in the day, Singo came a goal from behind to draw 2:2 with underrated side Kabula, thanks to goals from Bright Adoa who hit a brace whereas Valentino Odoi and Joseph Ssewali scored for Kabula.
Singo are currently fourth on the table with only two points accrued from as many matches and will take on Buluuli on Saturday 27th November,2021 at 12 mid-day whereas Kabula will be taking on Kyadondo later in the day at 3pm.
