City music promoter and self proclaimed tycoon, Charles Olim aka Sipapa has finally been released after being arraigned in court and freed from prison on a cash bond of UGx 4Million.

According to sources, Sipapa  spent three weeks in a safe house where he saw a number of evil things that happen in safe house detention rooms.

Upon being released from prison, Sipapa kept tight-lipped about the charges that he is charged with as he stressed that he is not sure of the cases as well.

"For now, I don’t want to talk about the charges that I have been charged with. I have spent three weeks in a store that you can call a safe house.

I have seen very many uneasy things in there. I have also seen a 50-year person being beaten and tortured. Safe houses even have 5-year-old children in there which is not good at all. So those in charge of the safe houses should improve on the situation or review on what they do."- he stated.
